- Scholarship Value/Inclusions/Duration: Enjoy monthly payments of 861 euros for graduates or 1,200 euros for doctoral candidates. Plus, receive payments towards health, accident, and personal liability insurance coverage, along with a travel allowance (unless covered by your home country or another funding source). Scholarship duration ranges from 12 to 24 months for Masters and 42 months for PhD.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this life-changing opportunity, you should:
- Currently work for a public authority, state, or private company in a developing country, focusing on development policies in technological, economic, or social areas.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (typically four years) in a related subject.
- Boast academic excellence, with results far above average (upper third), and possess at least two years of related professional experience after your first degree (bachelor) when applying.
- Ensure your academic degrees are not more than six years old.
- For courses in German (including a 6-month German language course), successfully pass the language examination DSH 2 or TestDaF 4 before your course begins. A minimum German language level of B1 at the time of application is required and must be evidenced by a certificate.
- For courses in English, provide proof of adequate language skills as per the respective course regulations.
