- For the Doctoral program, you need a Master’s degree for your eligibility to apply. This usually takes around four years to complete and consists of 240 ECTS credits.

Eligibility Criteria for Finland Government Scholarships:
To be eligible for the Finland Government Scholarship, students must:

- Not have studied in Finland before
